Managing Your Personal Account Settings
Salesnode allows you to customize your profile and preferences to better suit your workflow and style. This guide shows you how to keep your profile information up-to-date or adjust preferences, like themes or languages.
Access Your Account Settings
Begin by clicking your avatar in the top right corner to open the account menu where you can access profile and preference settings.
Make Desired Changes
Navigate to either Settings or Preferences in the sidebar to update your profile information or customize your user experience.
Save and Confirm
After making changes, save your updates and confirm any email prompts to ensure your settings are applied correctly.
Updating Your Profile Information
Your profile includes key details such as your email address, full name, and profile picture. Keeping this information current helps your team members recognize you and ensures you receive important notifications.
How to Update Your Profile
- Click your avatar in the top right corner of the Salesnode dashboard.
- Select Account from the pop-up menu.
- In the sidebar in your account view, click Settings.
- Update your email address, full name, or upload a new profile picture as needed.
- Save your changes to apply the updates.
Ensure your email address is accurate to receive all important notifications or password reset emails.
Changing Your Password
For security reasons, your password can’t be changed directly in your account. Instead, click the button next to the password field and we’ll send a password reset link to your email. Simply follow the steps below:
How to change your password
- Navigate to Account via your avatar in the top right corner.
- Click Settings in the sidebar.
- Click “Edit” in the bottom left corner.
- Click “Send reset link” and confirm with “Request password reset”.
- Salesnode will send a password reset link to your registered email address.
- Open the email and click the link to set a new password.
If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or ensure your registered email address is correct.
Customizing Your Preferences

How to Change Your Theme
- Click your avatar in the top right corner.
- Select Account from the dropdown.
- In the sidebar, click Preferences.
- Choose your preferred theme from the available options.
- Save your preferences to apply the new theme immediately.
