How Campaigns Work
At a high level, campaigns send cold outbound emails to prospects stored in a selected custom data table. This table acts as your contact list, and you can connect it directly to your campaign for seamless management. Campaigns use automated sequences to send multiple emails over time, increasing the chances of engagement without manual follow-up.
Setting Up Automated Email Sequences
You create a series of email steps that will be sent out automatically to each contact in your campaign. These sequences can include follow-ups and delays, ensuring your outreach is timely and consistent.
Conditional Triggers for Targeting
Campaigns allow you to include or exclude contacts based on specific conditions in your connected table. For example, you can filter contacts by industry, location, or previous engagement status using table columns.
- Navigate to the campaign’s settings.
- Select the connected data table.
- Define your include/exclude criteria using available columns and values.
- Save your conditions to apply them to the campaign.

Steps to Manage Campaign Status
- Navigate to the Campaigns tab.
- Select the campaign you want to manage.
- Click “Activate” to start sending emails or “Pause” to temporarily stop the sequence.

Activating Campaigns
To activate a campaign, simply select it and click the “Activate” button. This will start the automated email sequence immediately based on your configured schedule.
