Managing Invitations and Member Status
Keeping track of your invitations and current members is important for maintaining security and organization. Salesnode provides clear visibility into the status of invitations and allows you to manage them easily.
Invitation Status and Actions
In the members overview, you can see the status of each invitation, such as pending or accepted. This helps you monitor who has joined and who still needs to respond.
If you need to resend an invitation or cancel it, follow these steps:
-
Go to the Members tab in Settings.
-
Select the member whose invitation you want to manage.
-
Click the Remove member button to cancel the invitation.
-
To resend an invitation, simply repeat the invitation process for that user.
You can only resend invitations by removing and re-inviting the user.
